Ruben Wieman has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Ruben is currently the Founder & CEO of Oneteam, a company that helps companies connect, train, and engage their frontline workforce through an all-in-one employee app. Ruben started Oneteam in 2019 after coming up with the idea during their part-time jobs in high school, where they experienced chaotic and ineffective employee experiences.
Prior to founding Oneteam, Ruben worked as a Pizza Delivery Driver at New York Pizza in 2013, and as a Bartender at BIG Horeca Exploitatie from 2011 to 2012. Ruben also had a role as a Shelf Stacker at Jumbo Supermarkten in 2011.
Ruben Wieman attended the Picasso Lyceum from 2009 to 2014, where they received a degree in HAVO with Cum Laude honors.
