Karim Haouala has worked at OneTech Business Solutions since 2012. karim started as a Pre-Sales Engineer in December 2012 and held this position until September 2014. karim then transitioned to the role of Account Manager at OneTech Business Solutions in September 2014 and remained in this position until December 2018. In January 2019, they became a Sales Manager at One Tech Business Solutions and held this position until September 2020. Currently, they are working as a Sales Director at One Tech Business Solutions.

Karim Haouala earned a Diplôme National d'ingénieur from Esprit between 2008 and 2012. In 2014, they attended Fast Lane Learning Center to pursue a certification in Designing Cisco Data Center Unified Fabric. Additionally, in 2016, they completed a formation commerciale titled "Remporter une vente par la relation" at Dale Carnegie Training.
