Robert Fields, CPA, is currently the Managing Director of Finance at OneTen, where the mission is to hire, promote, and advance one million Black Individuals without a four-year degree into family-sustaining careers over the next ten years. Previously, Robert held positions such as Chief Financial Officer at ARGO Systems, LLC, Director of Finance at Reliable Heating & Air, and Corporate Controller at Jackson Healthcare. Robert has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
