The Information Technology and Operations team at OneTen is responsible for leveraging technology and optimizing processes to enhance the coalition's mission. This team ensures efficient operational workflows, manages IT infrastructure, and develops digital solutions that facilitate connections between employers and diverse talent partners. By prioritizing user experience and strategic process improvements, they support OneTen's goal of creating equitable environments that empower Black individuals in their pursuit of meaningful employment.
