Mark Swiatly

Mark Swiatly is an experienced Fulfillment ERP Analyst at OneTouchPoint since January 2020, responsible for the configuration and maintenance of warehouse and order management software. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Warehouse Software Specialist at Partners Fulfillment, focusing on software configuration and custom report creation. Mark's extensive background also includes significant tenure at Quantum Group, where roles encompassed Fulfillment Software Specialist, Inventory and Warehouse Manager, Security Officer, IT and IS Manager, and Lead Prepress Engineer. Mark has a solid foundation in managing complex systems and operations, complemented by education from DePaul University.
