Rich Padula

Rich Padula is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology strategist with extensive experience in mobile and digital solutions. As the Founder of Mirata Software since 2019, Padula developed the Mirata Digital Forms solution, enabling companies to digitize forms and workflows without software development skills. In addition, Padula serves as a General Partner at R7, driving innovative solutions to real-world problems, and as a Co-Founder of Encurate, focusing on mobile technology for cultural institutions. With a strategic advisory role at OneTrack and experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University, Padula actively engages in teaching entrepreneurship. Co-founding Avocation Investments, Padula aims to support emerging entrepreneurs in the Midwest while previously leading Syclo as CEO, growing it into a major player in enterprise mobile computing. Padula also held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Mobile at SAP, contributing strategic direction in mobile technologies. Padula holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University.
