Ali H. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. They started their career as an attorney at McGlinchey Stafford and later worked as General Counsel at Supreme Lending. Ali H. then moved on to hold multiple executive positions at Tenura Holdings, including President, Board Member, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and General Counsel. They also served as President and Board Member at Nerio Group, Inc. In addition, Ali H. founded and served as CEO of Hedayatifar Advisory Services, a consulting firm providing services to settlement service providers and institutional investors. They also co-founded ATXAI,LLC, a marketing and data technology platform. Ali H. is currently employed as the Senior Vice President at OneTrust Home Loans and is the Founder of HyperSmart Home Loans. They have expertise in residential mortgage loan origination and have been recognized as one of the top loan originators in America. Additionally, Ali H. co-founded Home Beacon Realty, LLC.

Ali H. completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Baylor University from 2002 to 2006. After that, Ali H. attended Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree. They obtained admission to practice in various courts, including the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Additionally, Ali H. obtained admission to practice in Texas through the Supreme Court of Texas in 2009.
