Emilio Lechler

Emilio Lechler has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Emilio is currently working as a Principal IT Systems Engineer at OneTrust since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior IT Engineer at ICE from April 2021 to November 2021. From March 2018 to April 2021, they worked at USAA as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, where they led the technical direction of Macs and spearheaded initiatives like designing and implementing software delivery and patching infrastructure. Before that, they worked at Rackspace Technology from May 2015 to March 2018, initially as a Senior Service Desk Technician and later as a Service Desk Technician II. During their time at Rackspace, they maintained a conflict-free Mac environment, provided administration and support for macOS workstations, and handled software compatibility testing and deployment. Emilio's early career was at Apple, where they worked as a Genius from November 2007 to May 2014. At Apple, they repaired various Apple product lines, developed tools and training for increased efficiency, and implemented a new imaging system for Macs used by the Genius Bar.

Emilio Lechler attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Computer Science. In addition to their degree, Emilio also obtained certifications such as MobileIron Cloud from MobileIron in 2018, Proactive Support Professional from Proactive Support Professional in 2017, and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) from Apple in 2009.
