Jorge Ferrer Raventós

Jorge Ferrer Raventós has a diverse work experience. Jorge currently holds the position of Principal Solutions Engineer at OneTrust since May 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer at the same company, where they were named Global Top SE of 2022. In this role, they worked closely with the sales team to drive sales goals in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, conducted technical demos and client presentations, and participated in industry events. Jorge also collaborated with the product teams to provide industry knowledge and guided the product roadmap. Prior to their senior role, Jorge was a Solutions Engineer at OneTrust from August 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining OneTrust, Jorge held the role of Implementation Lead for Third Party Risk Management EMEA at OneTrust, where they led a team of consultants, managed strategic accounts, and addressed complex customer problems. Jorge was responsible for creating and scoping SOWs and project plans for clients, as well as designing standard implementation methodologies for the team. This role lasted from February 2020 to August 2020.

Prior to their role at OneTrust, Jorge worked as an Implementation Consultant at the same company, where they implemented OneTrust Solutions for over 30 large enterprises around EMEA. Jorge established key client relationships and contributed to OneTrust becoming a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Vendor Risk Management. Jorge also appeared as a speaker in events and training sessions.

Before joining OneTrust, Jorge worked as a Business Analyst at HSBC from March 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they implemented changes in reporting and operations to comply with ring-fencing legislations and reconciled data across different source systems. Jorge also updated and maintained the current general ledger outbound extracts as part of the Bank's Ring-Fencing initiative.

Jorge's early career includes a role as a Salesforce Business Analyst at FDM Group from August 2016 to February 2017, where they received specialized training to become a Salesforce Business Analyst. Jorge also worked as a Marketing Assistant at RealFunding from January 2015 to July 2015.

Jorge Ferrer Raventós completed their Primary, Secondary, and High School education at Oak House British School in Barcelona from 1997 to 2012. Jorge then attended Universitat Ramon Llull from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Management of Business and Technology. In 2014, Jorge participated in an exchange program at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi in Copenhagen, focusing on IT Management. In terms of certifications, they obtained various credentials such as the Certified GRC Auditor (GRCA) from OCEG, Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) from IAPP, and Certified Information Privacy Manager from IAPP. Additionally, they hold certifications in Professional Scrum Master I, Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
