Lauren Fourie

Lauren Fourie currently serves as the Director of Commercial Advisory at OneTrust, having joined the company in April 2024. Previously, Lauren held the position of Strategic Account Advisor for EMEA North & APAC at Celonis from June 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic accounts and serving as a key business partner to Regional Sales VPs. Prior to Celonis, Lauren was the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence & Organisational Restructuring at Shell, leading significant HR programs during a major restructuring initiative. Lauren's experience also encompasses a role as Senior Manager in Customer Strategy & Value at Workday, focusing on digital HR and finance strategies, as well as a long tenure at Accenture España, progressing from a graduate management consultant in South Africa to Senior Manager. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Information Technology and graduated Cum Laude from Rand Afrikaans University.
