Madhura Bhandarkar

Madhura Bhandarkar is a Senior Privacy Analyst at OneTrust since July 2023, overseeing projects related to Enforcement, Direct Marketing, and Data Residency, while monitoring legal developments across APAC, Americas, and EU for compliance research. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Legal Innovation Lab Wales and a Legal Trainee at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, where Madhura managed contract negotiations in the Asia-Pacific region and drafted various commercial contracts. Previous internships at Digit Insurance, Khaitan & Co, Lawhive Associates, Advocate Girish S Godbole, and VPV Legal & Associates involved legal research and drafting across multiple areas including data protection, GDPR compliance, and contract law. Madhura holds a Master’s degree in Law and Technology from King's College London and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from ILS Law College.
