Eli Weisman has a diverse work experience in the fields of immersive technology, marketing, and content strategy. Eli'smost recent positions include serving as the Chief Growth Officer and XR Expert Advisor at One/Twenty1 Immersive Inc, as well as an Expert Advisor in Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, and the Metaverse at Zensa LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the Growth + Partnerships leader at contxtual, focusing on the growth and business strategy for the XR Collaboration platform, reTHINK.

Before transitioning to the immersive technology space, Weisman held various leadership roles in the marketing and entertainment industries. Eli worked as the Chief Growth Officer at Talespin, where they helped enterprise clients embrace augmented, virtual, and mixed reality to transform their skill development and field productivity. Eli also contributed significantly to the growth and success of Trailer Park, where they served as the Executive Vice President of Client Partnerships, VP of Content & Streaming Services, and Senior Director of Interactive TV.

Weisman's early career included founding the EW Creative Group, where they operated as the Founder for almost a decade, and co-founding RelevantMind, where they served as the Founder & VP Product. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Brand Strategy & Content at Be Jane, Inc., and held various roles at McElroy Advertising and Brainstorm Communications.
