Kimmie Jackson

Kimmie Jackson has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kimmie started their career at International Paper in 1990 as a Human Resources Generalist and worked there for five years. In 1995, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Compensation Analyst. Kimmie then moved on to Lotus Development in 1996, where they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for three years. Kimmie later joined OneUnited Bank in 1999 as a SVP of Human Resources, where they currently hold a position.

Kimmie Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Fisk University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Kimmie later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources at Vanderbilt University, which they completed from 1988 to 1990.
