Sarina El

Sarina El has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. In 2009, they began their career as a Document Processor intern at Shore Capital Corporation, where they excelled in providing assistance to agents and clients. Sarina then worked as a Campus Tour Guide at the University of California, Riverside, where they led tours and maintained relationships with school administrations to promote the university.

In 2011, Sarina took on leadership roles within the community service organization, Student United Way at UCR. As President and Chair of the Education Committee, they led and supported events and initiatives to improve education, health, and income stability in the Riverside community.

After that, Sarina joined Target as an Executive Team Leader, responsible for managing multiple departments and driving sales and profits. Sarina successfully led a team of over 150 members and played a central role in maximizing guest service and team member satisfaction.

Following their time at Target, Sarina worked at CBC Alliance as a Retail Brokerage Associate, where they drafted legal documents and developed revenue growth plans for clients. Sarina also served as a Client Services Coordinator, providing marketing and administrative support to a brokerage team.

In 2016, Sarina became a Senior Community Manager at WeWork, overseeing sales, events, and member relationships in a 50,000 square-foot office space. Sarina achieved sales goals, created partnerships to increase networking opportunities, and implemented a tracking system to celebrate members' successes.

In 2017, Sarina founded Califarmication, an innovative food truck concept in Orange County. Sarina built a business and team, managed catering opportunities and large events, and supported other food truck entrepreneurs through community-building efforts.

From 2019 to 2020, Sarina worked as a General Manager at Carr Workplaces, where they managed a flagship office location, increased revenue, and maintained high occupancy rates.

Most recently, they served as an Innovation Center Manager and Business Development Manager at OneValley. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, implemented COVID safety protocols, managed facilities and vendor relations, and played a key role in re-negotiating lease agreements.

Sarina El pursued their education at Riverside City College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Management Information Systems. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they attended the University of California, Riverside, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, in January 2013, Sarina obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the CA Bureau of Real Estate.
