Carla Barone

Carla Barone has a diverse work experience, with roles in various companies and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Sr Account Executive at UOL EdTech, where they were responsible for conducting sales and negotiating e-learning projects. From 2013 to 2015, Carla worked at LinkedIn as a Relationship Manager, focusing on helping SMB clients realize the ROI from LinkedIn Corporate Solutions.

In 2015, Carla joined 99 as the Head of HR, where they implemented the first HR system and developed the HR structural framework for the company. Carla later became an HRBP Manager and an HR Manager.

Carla then worked at Yellow as the Head of People & Facilities, and later as the People & Facilities Manager. In 2019, they joined Grow Mobility as the Global Head of People, where they were responsible for scaling and managing HR across Latin America.

Carla also took a sabbatical in 2019 before joining SoftBank Group International in 2021 as the VP of People, Brazil HRBP, and People Partner for Latam Portfolio Companies.

In 2022, Carla worked at Valor Capital Group as the Head of People & People Advisor, where they developed and implemented strategies to drive a high-performance organization and culture.

Currently, Carla is the Head of Portfolio Support at ONEVC, a venture capital firm focused on seed-stage investments in Latam. Their role involves supporting founders and adding value to portfolio companies.

Carla Barone started their education at Colégio Augusto Laranja in the year 2000 and completed their studies in 2005. The degree obtained during this period was in Ensino Fundamental e Ensino Médio. There is no specific field of study listed for this degree.
