Mugenyi Banage

Mugenyi Banage has diverse work experience in various companies. In 2018, they joined Apple as a Sales Specialist, where they assisted customers in uncovering their needs and provided suitable solutions. Mugenyi also handled payments and assisted customers in setting up carrier contracts. Later, in 2019, they took on the role of Technical Specialist at Apple, where they provided technical support, managed inventory, and conducted product shipments. In 2021, Banage joined Neo Financial as a Strategy and Enablement Analyst, executing key strategic projects and collaborating with vendors to improve customer experience. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at Neo Financial, where they conducted research, created reports, and enhanced agent tools to drive efficiency. Most recently, in 2023, Banage joined OneVest as a Business Analyst.

Mugenyi Banage completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Mount Royal University from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained a BMC Certification from Bloomberg LP in November 2020.
