A.J. SanClemente has extensive experience in the software engineering industry. Al (A.J.) began their career in 1987 as a Software Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. In 1993, they became an Advanced Systems Engineer at EDS Group. In 1994, they co-founded Strategic Systems Group and served as Chief Technology Officer. In 1996, they co-founded Web Technology Partners and served as Chief Executive Officer. In 2000, they joined Monster Worldwide as Senior Vice President of Engineering. In 2001, they served as a Technical Strategist at Litle & Co. In 2004, they co-founded Digital Health Systems and served as Lead Programmer. Finally, in 2010, they co-founded OneView Controls, Inc. and served as Chief Software Architect.
A.J. SanClemente attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a BA in Math. Al (A.J.) then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a BS in Computer Science.
