Carmen Bauza

Carmen Bauza is an experienced board member and advisor with a strong background in fashion merchandising and business. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for multiple companies including Claire's, DXL Group, Zumiez, and OneWater Marine, Carmen also contributes to the Advisory Council of RoundTable Healthcare Partners. As a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards and an active member of several organizations such as the Women Corporate Directors Foundation and Latino Corporate Directors Association, Carmen is dedicated to advancing diversity in leadership. Previously, Carmen held the position of Chief Merchandising Officer at Fanatics, Inc., and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Seton Hill University, from which a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and Business was earned.
