Aytekin Oldac

Aytekin Oldac has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Aytekin is the Founder and CEO of OneWell, a multi-disciplined healthcare provider specializing in services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and autism. Aytekin is also the Chairman of the Board and Co-founder of KuantSol, an enterprise SaaS company that focuses on statistical and mathematical modeling for risk assessment. Prior to these roles, Aytekin served as the President and CEO of PA Health Management, an IT and healthcare management company that promotes positive health outcomes for individuals with disabilities, addiction, and the aging population. Aytekin also founded PYRAMOS, LLC., which offers healthcare solutions and state-certified technology services. In addition to their healthcare experience, Aytekin has worked at IBM as a Risk and Compliance Regulatory lead and program manager, overseeing audits and compliance issues. Aytekin also served as an FDA Program Manager and Global Service Delivery Leader at IBM, as well as a Senior Application Architect. Aytekin's early career included roles as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center and as an Information Technology Consultant at Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. and Eastern Systems.

Aytekin Oldac completed their Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Penn State University from 1995 to 1998. In 2006, they pursued an Executive Certificate in the EMBA HK-Beijing Programme at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, in the same year, Aytekin obtained an MBA from the University of Maryland, specializing in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Global Management, and Accounting.
