Kristen Fazio

Kristen Fazio is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and the development of amenity-rich communities in South Florida. Currently serving as a direct report to the owner at The Chetrit Group, a luxury real estate developer, since December 2009, Kristen also holds a realtor position at OneWorld Properties. Kristen’s previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager at WCI Communities, where responsibilities included managing project development budgets exceeding $500 million and overseeing the sales/closing process. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Sales Office Manager and Executive Assistant to senior management, providing detailed reporting on sales across various developments. Kristen possesses a Real Estate Sales Associate License and a Community Association Management License.
