Iris Arrington

Iris Arrington is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director for Client & Product Solutions for Europe and the Middle East at Onex since August 2025. Previously, Iris held the position of Managing Director, Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations EMEA at ZAIS Group, LLC from 2016 to 2025. Earlier roles include Fundraising & Investor Relations at Marathon Asset Management from 2013 to 2016, Credit Sales at Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2013, and Mergers & Acquisitions at Evercore from 2009 to 2010. Iris Arrington holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a high school diploma (Abitur) from Deutsche Schule Istanbul / Alman Lisesi.
