Talha Azhar

Talha Azhar, CPA, FCCA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate finance. Currently serving as Manager, Finance at Onex since December 2024, Talha previously held the position of Team Lead in Investment Finance at OPTrust from January 2021 to December 2024, overseeing a team that collaborates with Private Equity and Infrastructure Investment Teams. Talha's prior roles include Manager, Finance at RBC in the Personal & Commercial Banking segment, Associate Vice President, Finance at INVESTCORP, Assistant Manager, Finance at Gulf Capital, and Senior Associate at PwC, where expertise in financial statement audits and IFRS compliance was developed. Talha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, is a member of CPA Canada, and is affiliated with ACCA.
