Rita Acabado

Rita Acabado has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Iberian Head of Basel & IFRS9 at Oney. In this position, they are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of various risk models and frameworks. Prior to joining Oney, Rita worked as a Manager in Management & Risk Consulting at KPMG Portugal. Rita also held managerial roles at Itaú Unibanco, where they were responsible for risk management and regulatory affairs, and at Itaú BBA, where they focused on credit risk and data modeling. Additionally, Rita has experience in financial planning and analysis from their time at Barclays and Citi. Rita began their career in human resources and market research at Roche Pharmaceuticals and GfK, respectively.

Rita Acabado completed a Degree in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Statistics from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal. Rita attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
