Alex Sullivan

Alex Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Hosting Engineering Manager at PSINet until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they served as a Sr. Project Manager / Systems Engineer at SiteSmith. Following that, they worked as Vice President in the New Venture Technology Group at Labmorgan (JPMorganChase) from 2001 to 2002.

In 2002, Alex briefly worked as an Infrastructure Manager at EquiLend before joining AboveNet as a Systems Engineer from 2003 to 2006. From 2005 to 2010, they founded and operated Caye Connect Ltd. After that, they joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Director of Electronic Trading Platform Engineering, where they worked until 2020.

In 2020, Alex joined Point72, first as Head of Cubist Engineering for two months, and then as Head of Infrastructure Engineering until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Information Technology at oneZero Financial Systems since March 2023.

Additionally, in 2021, they had a brief stint at the New York Mets, where they worked on Tech Infrastructure from February to June.

Alex Sullivan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. They also hold a certification from Cisco in CCNA, but the specifics of when it was obtained are unknown.
