Makrand Desai is a seasoned professional in the MICE industry with extensive experience as the Co-Founder of Onference CME Network since May 2016 and as the CEO and Managing Director of Variance Conference and Events Private Limited from January 2002 to May 2018. Variance focuses on planning and managing corporate meetings, association conferences, conventions, and business events, addressing the diverse needs of the industry. Makrand Desai holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the Institute of Technology and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, alongside a solid educational background that includes an HSC in Science, SSC in Higher School, and early education at IES English Medium School.
