Thiago Dias began their career in 2017 as an Estagiário de Desenvolvimento at Fideleasy Brasil Marketing e Administração de Programas. In 2018, they joined Onfly as a Desenvolvedor, then as Analista de Sistemas - Pleno, and finally as Tech Lead. Later in 2018, they joined CTC Franchising as a Desenvolvedor de Software Web.

Thiago Dias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte between 2016 and 2019.
