Pranai Kumar

Pranai Kumar is a co-founder at OnFocus Software since May 2023, focusing on product strategy and business excellence. Prior to this role, Kumar served as Manager of Business Strategy and Development at Square Select Estates, where efforts were directed towards transforming a traditional real estate company into a professional IPC and deploying a CRM system. Kumar's experience at ITC Limited includes positions as Assistant Engineering Manager, leading a team to enhance production compliance and reduce manufacturing costs, as well as Management Trainee, where involvement spanned various business functions and cost analysis. An internship as a KITES Intern led to significant improvements in the supply chain of Aashirwaad, India's largest wheat flour brand. Previous to these roles, Kumar worked as a Design Engineer at Team AUV, contributing to the design and fabrication of the Kraken 4.0, India's smallest AUV. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
