Ênio C. Borges has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2018 to present, they have been the Director of Research Operations at OnFrontiers, where they help federal clients win federal contracts by connecting them with the right experts. Prior to this, they were the Operations Manager at Endeavor Brasil from 2012 to 2018. During this time, they were responsible for all operations in the State of Minas Gerais and achieved successful search and selection of Meliuz as an Endeavor Entrepreneur company, outstanding results on the first year implementing Endeavor's Scale-Up Program with 20 companies, and successfully recruited and trained the current staff running the office. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Corporate Sales Representative at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), where they executed a strategic sales plan for the establishment of Vivo Empresas in the city of Franca/SP.

Ênio C. Borges obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Saint Thomas University between 2009 and 2012, with a field of study in Business Administration.
