Faust Maglinao has worked in various roles since 2011. Faust began as a Freelance for Upwork, then moved to Thumbtack in 2011 as an Administrative Specialist, where they successfully assisted their supervisor in their administrative work online, including making detailed weekly reports about agents' work stats using Google spreadsheet, as well as attending to their queries. Faust also processed 920 service requests and wrote 140,000 snippets, each containing 130-220 characters.
