Oleg Blinov

Oleg Blinov serves as the Head of Privacy & IP at Joom since November 2018, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive privacy strategy and managing privacy risks using a self-designed compliance framework based on ISO 31000. Oleg also currently functions as the Data Protection Officer at Onfy, focusing on risk registry maintenance and training related to data processing activities. Prior experience includes an associate role in IP/IT practice at Baker McKenzie from June 2014 to November 2018 and multiple internships at the World Intellectual Property Organization. Oleg holds a Master’s degree in International Private and Civil Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and has completed a program at Harvard Business School Online.
