Dr. Dulal Halder

Dr. Dulal Halder currently serves as the Chief General Manager of New Projects at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd since 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Halder held various positions at ONGC Videsh Ltd from 2001 to 2021, including Executive Officer to the Managing Director and CEO, Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning & Strategy, and Country Manager for Nigeria. Dr. Halder began a career as a Process Engineer at Mumbai High Offshore Oil and Gas Installation with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited from 1994 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a PhD in International Business and Energy Management from UPES, a B.Tech. in Petroleum Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), and an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
