Miles Johnson

Miles Johnson is the current Director of Customer Experience at Goody. Prior to Goody, they were the General Manager at Shadowbox, a start-up boutique fitness boxing experience that folded due to the impact of COVID-19. Miles has also been a co-founder at The Happy Hour, a public speaker, and the owner of By Miles LLC. Most recently, they were the Senior Manager of Culture & Internal Communications at SoulCycle Inc. from October 2011 to July 2019.

Miles Johnson received their bachelor of music from Ithaca College.

Their manager is Edward Lando, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Kate Kosaya - Director of Marketing, Melanie Miracolo - Head of Merchandising, and Katy Carrigan - Chief Revenue Officer.
