Pieter Pontier

Pieter Pontier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Transformation Program Manager at Onguard since March 2017. In this role, Pieter focuses on implementing new pricing strategies, migrating software to new hosting platforms, automating software upgrades, and enhancing customer service resolution processes. Previously, Pieter held the position of Team Lead/Manager of Professional Services, overseeing global software implementations and team development. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role at Credit Tools BV, where oversight of major projects and order-to-cash application implementations was key, as well as an Implementation Consultant role that involved business process analysis and software enhancements. Pieter began a career in user interface design at Capital ID, utilizing skills in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and graphic design software. Pieter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Systems from Hanze University, obtained in 2009.
