Sanjay Lobo

Sanjay Lobo MBE is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Chief OnHander at OnHand since January 2019, Sanjay leads efforts in engaging employees in volunteering and sustainability initiatives. As a Non-Executive Director at Investors in People since January 2023, Sanjay supports the mission of enhancing workplace conditions. Previously, Sanjay held multiple leadership roles at Vista, including VP Marketing and VP Partnerships, significantly contributing to business growth and strategic partnerships. Additional experience includes founding Wolf Factory, serving as Non-Executive Director at OxFizz, and holding legal roles at lastminute.com and Sabre Corporation. Educational qualifications include an LLB in Law from UCL and an Intensive Leadership course from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
