Michael Tanner

Michael Tanner is a Development Assistant with Volunteers of America Western Washington since August 2022 and a Writer at Oni Press since December 2010, co-creating and co-writing the graphic novel series "Junior Braves of the Apocalypse" and contributing to "Orcs in Space." Previously, Michael served as Senior Founders Coordinator at The Music Center of Los Angeles County, where responsibilities included business administration, donor ticketing, and event coordination from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior roles include Founders Coordinator at The Los Angeles Music Center for 15 years, Referee Training Coordinator for LA Derby Dolls, and Assistant Manager of Operations at Seattle Children's Museum. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Television and Theater Production from The Evergreen State College, obtained in 2001.
