Ilya Hvostikov

Ilya Hvostikov is a seasoned professional in healthcare real estate acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of Healthcare Real Estate Acquisitions and Vice President at Onicx Group since July 2023. Previously, Ilya held the position of Vice President of Investments at Anchor Health Properties from July 2014 to July 2023. Prior career experiences include an Analyst role at Gramercy Property Trust in 2013-2014 and an Associate position at PNC Bank from 2010 to 2013. Ilya is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business.
