Mr. Shirish Suvagia is the Chief Financial Officer & Whole Time Director, with key responsibilities intended towards leading the finance and accounts domain, including strategic planning, budgetary controls, Taxation, Commercial Finance and Risk Management.

He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed his Post Graduation course in management for senior executivesfrom IIM Indore and a General business management programme from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

He has also completed his CISA certification from ISACA USA, M.Com & B.Com from Mumbai University.

He has rich knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP, SOX 404 controls and INDAS accounting standards.

He is a result oriented professional with 19+ experience in Finance & Accounts, Business Partnering & Controlling, Treasury, Merger & Acquisition, Strategic Business Planning & Equity Structuring.

He has previously led teams at Datamatics Global Services Ltd, NSEIT Ltd, Rentokil-PCI, NITCO Ltd., etc.
