Nikita Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Field Technician for the Delaware River Watershed Initiative at The Academy of Natural Sciences. In 2016, Nikita joined AECOM as an Environmental Scientist I, where they successfully managed remedial construction and redevelopment projects. Nikita also salvaged a $20M project by rebuilding the project roadmap and refocusing the team. In 2019, they became a Research Analyst at The Glimpse Group, where they developed strategies for AR/VR applications and identified market opportunities for existing products. Starting in 2020, Nikita worked at Sumitomo SHI FW as a Market Development professional, analyzing energy markets and conducting market research. Nikita then joined L&T Technology Services Limited in 2020 as a Brand Management specialist. Currently, Nikita is employed at OnIndus, where they have held multiple roles including Business Development Intern, Capital Program Analyst, and Project Controls Analyst.

Nikita Shah completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Information Systems. This program was pursued from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Nikita earned a Bachelor's degree from Drexel University, majoring in Environmental Science with a concentration in Earth Sciences, from 2012 to 2016. Before attending university, Nikita completed high school at Calcutta International School in Kolkata, India, from 2010 to 2012, and Loreto House in Kolkata, India, from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to formal education, Nikita also obtained various certifications. These include "Leading transformations: Manage change" from Macquarie University in July 2021, "Master of Business Administration" from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business in May 2021, "Construction Project Management" from Columbia University in the City of New York in March 2021, and the "Semrush SEO Toolkit Exam" from Semrush in April 2021.
