Nickolaus Fuhriman

Nickolaus Fuhriman is a seasoned professional with significant experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at SimpleLegal, an Onit company, since July 2022, Nickolaus leads a team focused on enhancing customer engagement in software. As a co-founder and advisor at Remote Family, Inc. since 2021, contributions continue in the realm of customer success. Previously, Nickolaus held the role of Director of Customer Success at StreetShares Platform, where responsibilities included developing B2B SaaS Customer Success programs and managing the post-sale experience. Additional experience includes program management and market research at MyaDev, LLC, and serving as a Senior Operations Manager in the US Army, where leadership encompassed managing a large team and involved extensive training and operational planning. Nickolaus holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
