Suélen Tizzoni

Suélen Tizzoni began their telecom career in 2009 at Nokia Siemens Networks in Portugal, working in the NOC for Orange Spain. They gained experience as a Performance Coordinator for Huawei during the equipment swap project in 2011 and continued to enhance their skills with roles at Vodafone UK, AT&T, and OFG, focusing on mobile network optimization and 5G development. In 2023, Suélen became the NOC Manager for Technical Support at ONI Telecom, where they lead a team of experts in managing network operations and ensuring service quality. Suélen holds degrees in Counseling Psychology and Technical Telecommunications.
