Miguel Ángel Ongil Martín

Miguel Ángel Ongil Martín is an experienced Project Manager currently leading projects at Onivia, the first independent wholesale bitstream FTTH operator in Spain, since September 2020. With a robust background at NEC Corporation as an EMEA Cloud Computing Project Manager from November 2016 to August 2020, Miguel Ángel managed innovative cloud service projects across Europe and LATAM using PMP and Agile methodologies. Prior experience at Orange España from February 1999 to May 2016 included managing quality improvement initiatives, governance models for product launches, customer satisfaction transformation, and various technical projects. Earlier roles at Vodafone and Alcatel-Lucent involved defining technical specifications and system integration for telecommunications services. Miguel Ángel holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Alcalá, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a marketing qualification from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
