Dean Pletz

Dean Pletz serves as the Vice President of Real Estate at The Onix Group since May 2011, where responsibilities include arranging financing and equity raises for diverse real estate projects, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and overseeing development activities such as approvals, construction, and leasing. Prior to this role, Dean Pletz held the position of Vice President & Team Leader in Business Development at Wilmington Savings Fund Society from 1999 to May 2011, focusing on commercial real estate lending and loan origination for various asset types. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Delaware Trust, CoreStates Bank, and First Union National Bank from 1993 to 1999. Dean Pletz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware.
