Lihi Laskar-Dangoor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they worked as a Footwear Designer and Design Management Leader for a company called "couple of." Lihi then founded their own company, Studio Laskar, in 2012, where they served as Founder and CEO. From 2014 to 2016, they also founded and served as CEO of a company called FOOTPRINT. In 2015, they became a Lecturer and Mentor at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, specializing in Industrial Design and Design Thinking. In 2016, they joined Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management as a Teaching Fellow, focusing on Human-centered design, Innovation strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Business design. Additionally, they worked as a Lecturer at the Technion Knowledge Center for Innovation from 2018 onwards and at Hadassah Academic College from 2018 to 2019, teaching Social Innovation. In 2019, they became a Mentor at MassChallenge. Most recently, Lihi joined OnKai Inc. in 2021 as a Product Leader, specializing in Training and Knowledge sharing.

Lihi Laskar-Dangoor has a diverse education history. Lihi started by attending the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Leather Goods Expert and Footwear Designer, resulting in a B.F.A. Following this, they furthered their studies at the same academy from 2013 to 2015. During this period, they obtained a degree in Industrial Design (M.Des) with a specialization in the Design and Innovation Management Track.

In addition to their time at Bezalel Academy, Lihi Laskar-Dangoor has also engaged in other educational pursuits. In 2020, they participated in the Zomer Seminar, focusing on Anthroposophy & Waldorf Education. Recently, in 2022, they also took courses through MITx on Business & Management. Although they did not receive a specific degree for these MITx courses, they contributed to their knowledge and expertise in the field.
