Bruna Moretto Rodrigues

Bruna Moretto Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Bruna started their career as a Technical Staff at the Secretaria do Bem Estar Social in 2008. Bruna then worked as a Research Scholar at UNESP - Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" in 2012. Later, they served as a Research Scientist and a Bioinformatics Scientist at the same institution, focusing on immunology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. In 2014, they continued their research work at UNESP, this time as a Research Scientist, specializing in immunology and molecular biology. In 2015, they gained experience in sales and management roles as an Internal Sales Consultant at Carmen Steffens and as a Team Supervisor at Chocolates Bembom. Bruna then joined Instituto de Medicina Molecular in 2016 as a Bioinformatics Scientist, where they focused on RNA sequencing analysis. Following that, they worked at Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu - FMB Unesp as a Assistant Research Fellow and later as a Research Scientist, primarily working on molecular biology techniques and stem cells. In 2018, they joined Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto / USP as a Bioinformatics Scientist, conducting NGS data analysis and gene expression analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technical Operations and Culture at Onkos Molecular Diagnostics, where they oversee technical operations and culture.

Bruna Moretto Rodrigues received a Technical Degree in Software Programming & Development from Colégio Técnico Industrial (CTI) - Unesp from 2007 to 2009. Bruna then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, studying from 2011 to 2014. Bruna continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Molecular Medicine, completing their studies between 2016 and 2018.
