Hallie Murray

Hallie Murray is an accomplished professional in regulatory and clinical affairs, currently serving as the Executive Director at Onkos Surgical since October 2024. Prior to this role, Hallie held positions at Tyber Medical, LLC from November 2018 to October 2024, including Senior Director of Clinical Affairs and Director of Clinical Research. Hallie’s career began at Biomet/EBI, where responsibilities included Manager of R&D for Biologics and Electrical Stimulation from December 2008 to November 2018. Hallie holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering and also earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
