Annie Engers

Annie Engers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Annie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at OnKure Therapeutics, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at the same company. In 2020, Annie was the Human Resources Consultant at Annie from HR, LLC, providing personalized HR support to clients. Annie also served as the Human Resources Manager at Street Business School from 2020 to 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Annie worked at Clovis Oncology, starting as an HR Generalist and later becoming a Senior HR Generalist. During their time there, they were involved in all aspects of the employee experience and supported the growth of the HR function for the organization. Before that, they served as the HR Director at Boulder Cycle Sport, where they built the HR and Operations infrastructure for the company. Annie's earlier experience includes working as a People & Culture Generalist at Door to Door Organics and as an HR Specialist at Array BioPharma. Annie started their career as an Assistant/Analyst at KTM, Inc.

Annie Engers completed their BA in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued an MBA in Change Management from the University of Colorado Denver from 2009 to 2012.
