Jay Miller is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in managing and engineering software applications across various industries. With a career spanning over two decades, Jay has worked with prominent companies such as AppealTrack, IMS Health, Spectrum Management, TRMI, Astra Digital, Inc., SKYSPY, LLC, ADP, and Certified Systems, Inc., specializing in technologies such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and more. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1985 and 1990.
