Rachel Lobbenberg is a seasoned UX Design professional currently serving as a Senior UX Design Consultant at Online Business Systems since March 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior UX Designer at Jobber, where the focus was on user needs and accessibility. Prior experience includes serving as Art Director at Staples Promotional Products, collaborating with top brands and utilizing Design Thinking and Agile methodologies, and working as Art Director and UX/UI Design Lead at Eden Advertising & Interactive to create SEO-optimized web applications. As Co-Founder and Creative/Product Director at Coupon Quest Inc., Rachel developed an innovative coupon marketing mobile app combining gaming elements. Freelance work as Principal Product UX Designer involved crafting brand strategies and securing projects for various clients.
