Simon Newman

Simon Newman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and strategic consultancy within the policing and security sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Online Dating and Discovery Association since June 2024, Simon also contributes as an Associate Tutor at Dods Training. Previously, Simon held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Cyber Resilience Centre for London and was the Head of Cyber and Business Services at Police Crime Prevention Initiatives. As a co-founder of Whiterock Partners, Simon has played vital roles in various high-profile initiatives, including strategic consulting for Abu Dhabi Police in support of UAE Vision 2030. Simon's background includes significant contributions to the National Policing Improvement Agency, where responsibilities spanned program management and operational policing doctrine development.
