Tim Wallaert has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Tim began their career in 1987 as an Electrical Design Engineer at Racal Milgo. In 1989, they joined Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) as a Program Manager, leading the team developing the company's next generation industrial controller (ControlLogix). In 1998, they moved to Nematron as Vice President of Product Management, helping to launch their new software based programmable logic controllers. Tim then moved to Xycom / Pro-Face America as Vice President of Engineering, where they led the engineering team and increased the number and frequency of new product introductions. In 2001, they joined Invensys Controls as Director of Product Management, where they were responsible for the product portfolio of the $450M controls division. In 2005, they joined Lennox as Director of Product Management - Heating and Private Label, where they were responsible for driving volume, profit, and share of Lennox Residential furnaces and Private Label products. In 2012, they joined Belden Inc. as Global Director - Vertical Marketing for Energy, responsible for increasing Belden's sales and market share in Oil & Gas applications and Power Transmission & Distribution applications world-wide. In 2015, they joined TT Electronics plc as Vice President and General Manager and Vice President of Product Management, responsible for leading the profitable growth of the Industrial Sensing and Control division and the product management of the division. In 2020, they joined Larx Advisors, Inc. as Managing Director. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Online Development as Vice President.

Tim Wallaert received their MBA in Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, they received their BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University between 1983 and 1987.
